The Four Percent Amplified is a podcast dedicated to elevating the voices, stories, and experiences of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) individuals and underrepresented groups within the design world and related fields like psychology, tech, education, and business.

We aim to create a platform where marginalized communities can share their perspectives, educational journeys, challenging experiences, and inspirations for change, believing that diversity, community, and representation matter.

This podcast envisions a world where cultural voices are valued and respected, regardless of background, with diversity celebrated, community uplifted, and equal opportunities for all.

what are our goals for the four percent?

Designing for Accessibility: Making the Industry Inclusive

What does it really mean to design for everyone? In Episode 5 of The Four Percent Amplified, host Sunni dives into the deeper meaning of accessibility, not just ramps and alt-text, but emotional, cognitive, and neurological inclusion. Joined by leadership coach Rachel Radway, this powerful conversation unpacks why inclusive UX goes far beyond compliance, and how understanding user bias, neurodivergence, and empathy can reshape the way we design for real people in real-world systems. Whether you're a designer, creative, or simply curious, this episode will challenge, inspire, and move you.
